Characteristics of leadership

 

The characteristics of leadership are as:

1.leader flower and situation: for an individual to act as a leader she must have flower and suitable situation to lead.

2. influence:  the degree of leadership is directly concerned with the influence that a leader has a over other. The basic of the influence are:   

*power         

*reasoning                

*assertiveness                

*friendliness                   

*negatively           

* inspiration            

* motivation

3. communication: communication is vital in any organization. Leader communication or transfer his influence to followers by communication followers communication with leader providing him feedback.

4. goal oriented: leader motivate flower towards common goals. Leadership guide and direct the behavior  of flowers to achieve the common goals.

5. situational: leadership is related to particular situation. A particular style of leadership may be successful in one situation but may fail in another situation.
