Herzberg has introduce two factor to explain motivation,
which are as follows:
1.hygiene factor: this factor do not produce motivation due
to the absence of this factors the employees are dissatisfied. In other word
hygiene factor are lower order needs which should be at least present to keep
an employee working. This factors are usely related to job environment.
2. motivation factor: this factor rarely job stratification and employee motivation they are also called satisfied or motivator”. They are more related to job. Absence of these factor do not lead to disstatification only reduce motivation factor include :
1. Achievement
2. advancement
3. Work
4. Possibility of personal growth
5. Responsibility
