The leader should have following qualities:
1.proactive: the exceptional leader is always thinking three
step ahead he work to master his on environment
to avoid problem before they arise.
2. a good communicator: as a leader one must listen lot
leader must be willing to work to understand the needs and desires of others.
3. respectful: a good leader who treats other with respect
will ultimately earn respect .
4. confidence: a leader should be sure of himself.
5. enthusiastic: when a leader is motivated and excited about
the causes people will be more inclined and follow him.
6. open mind: work to consider all option when making
decision. A strong leader will evaluate the inputs from all interested practice and work for a betterment
of whole.
7. resourceful: utilize the resource available to finds
answer to question using verities of source.
8. rewarding: an exceptional leader will recognize the
efforts of others
9. educated: knowledge is power leader should be well
educated on policies procedure organizational norms etc.
